⟡ Style of tails not are not limited to the examples above ⟡
*Tail traits can be mixed*

⟡ TAIL LENGTHS ⟡

PomPom
PomPom tails could be round, deer-like, a small tail nub, or looks like a bunny tail.
This is just to show an example of the size for the PomPom and how small it should be.
Size doesn't limit your creativity with tails.

Short
Same as above, can be any tail size as long as it's between the PomPom size and the Short size tails.

Regular
Where the tip ends on the regular is where the max length is met anything past that and it will have to change.
Regular tails can range from the tip of short tails to the tip of regular tails.
As you could tell it goes past the feet just by a bit, which is fine.

Long
Can range from the tip of Regular tails to the tip of the Long tails.
These can be as fluffy as you want them or as long as you want them, but please be mindful of their size.
Don't step on anyone's long tail ALONG the way to your destination, please.

⟡ ANIMAL TAILS ⟡
Animal tails can be a variety of animals such is Felines, Dogs, Reptiles, Fish, Avian, or Bovine plus more.
There are a variety of animals out there so please don't limit yourself.
Aquatic tail has been placed on here for your fishy needs as well as the reptilian tail for those awesome bleeps.

⟡ INSECTA TAILS ⟡
For your buzzing needs, Bug and Insect tails have been added as Rare trait.
You can have insect like wings on these tails but you will need the Very rare Wing trait in order to get those beetle butts working.
Please don't swat at your neighborly insect/bug like Scarfoxes, these are living dolls not living pests.

⟡ MYSTICAL TAILS ⟡
Have you heard of Unicorns, Dragons, Chimeras, that sort of stuff, yeah?
Well that's what this category is for, these are tails for Scarfoxes who are a a bit on the fantasy side of things.
This is also for those who would like to use streamers or pinata like tails.
Those tails are called Object tails and they fall under this trait.

⟡ MULTIPLE TAILS ⟡
Two to Three tails is considered Rare trait.
Four tails is considered to be Hollow (In Japanese the number 4 is pronounced 'Shi', which is also a homophone for death 死).
Five to Six tails is considered to be Very Rare trait.
Seven tails is considered to be a Mystic trait.

⟡ QUESTION AND ANSWERS ⟡

1. What are Scale tails considered?
Scales are not considered a trait in this sheet since Dragons, mammals, and fish have scales.

2. Can tails glow if it's a Firefly tail?
Yes they can. You don't even have to use the Glowing Mark trait to get that since that is a natural function for Fireflies.

3. Can there be more than Seven tails?
No, because we do not have a trait for more than seven tails. Mystic being the highest trait follows the lore and some people believe the number 7 is the heaven number. Since we decided to go with the number 4 due to it's resemblance to death for Hollow trait we did the same for the Mystic tail trait.

4. What other animals tails can be used?
Anything that is not an insect or a mystical creature.

5. Can Mystical/Object tails be food?
I mean why not? Just please don't eat the Scarfox tail unless you want fabric instead of actual food.

6. You have an example for tail feathers, but what if we want to make them really long or really short?
You can do that but that will be mixed into the tail limit.
The masterlist will be listed as i.e. Tail - Avian + Long

7. If a tail has a stinger(s), does it function like an actual stinger(s)?
Yes, since that is the natural function of the tail. Just as Spiders can make silk from their butts so can Scarfox tails. But be careful, since that can run on your Mist's magic.

I would go for Long Mystical Multi tail for my Scarfox specifically 7 Chimera tails by that I mean the commonly depicted Snake head variety I‘d pretty much end up with a Hydra on my Scarfoxes back end

(Can I go that crazy with my Scarfox?)
