This is from my current comission, and since this is halloween time i thought it'll be cool to release it so anyone can benefit from it. You can find the pepakura file at [link] , and the original skull model at [link]

Skulls are useful for cosplay, and this is so versatile that you can choose to build it for a mask by ignoring the Nape, or use it as a prop by ignoring the jaw.

WARNING: although it's anatomically right, since the eyes are deformed don't use it for a science project.

UPDATE: This is part of Guilty Gears' Dizzy costume, check it out at [link]

Well that's why i unfolded it like i did.

Yes, that's the tricky part, but that's all cosplay about, isn't it?, then, where it will be the fun in cosplay?.

so true, I have a few idea about how to go about it, will just have to do a few mini tests when I get some free time.

then you only need a smoking and a cigarete and its done.

I dont know how they are called but it would also looks nice with a custom "candy skull" paint, like the ones on the day of the dead holiday.

Well actually this model open up all kind of posibilities, imagination is the limit, that's what i was trying to say.

I know very well the ones you describe those are typical here.

Hahaha gotcha, science project is a no-go. Awesome job, I might go make this right now.

Well, i thought "kids are watching this and they might think they can use it for serious science" and that's not the original intention.

Haha joke joke. Great job though.
