Hey all! Welcome to the Saynaverse. I thought it was high time I edited my bio.
I’m an author and artist with over two million words under my belt in fantasy fiction, and more sketches then I know what to do with. My aspiration is to one day own my own publishing house, to publish not only my massive fantasy works, but other worthy books overlooked by a rigid, unimaginative, and outdated publishing industry.
My work holds the spirit of C. S. Lewis with the high stakes and complicated lore of Tolkien. I harken back to an older age of fantasy, when books were longer and readers weren’t treated as though they couldn’t solve a mystery on their own. Ever wanted an emersive read that takes you on multiple adventures in a fantastical universe? Well, I’m writing one. Complex magic systems, deep subject matter, and interesting characters are the name of the game. I aim to write intense and meaningful adult fiction without needless tropes or innuendo. Some say I write Christian fiction. I say I write fiction and I follow Christ. I do not dumb my content down for anyone’s comfort, not even my own.
I also hope to one day direct graphic novels of my works... merch, books signings... one day guys. It’s all coming, I just have to do it all myself. And I’m a one person team at the moment, so forgive me.
The Warrior’s Beginning, first book in the Unsung Warriors/Heroes (working title) series, will be completed at the latest by May 2021. Guys, yes, it’ll need editing, but gosh, I’m so excited.
As for me as a person? I’m an ambiverted INTP (this means I can act very much like an ENTP), I like video games and coffee too much, and I avoid the sun like the plague. Do I sleep in a coffin too? I guess you’ll never know. >.>
I’m a goth kid with rabbits and chickens for pets, a born rebel who likes chaos an unhealthy amount, and a lover of Celtic music and hard rock. I’m also deeply interested in pursuing health, as I need to live a lot more years to write all the words I need to. I’m that wack person you find eating kale and liking it, and I own that. It’s for the books guys. I do it for the books.
And you know. For my over all mental stability ^^

You've got a lovely gallery here! That's amazing that you've written so much as an author, I'm working on some fantasy stories myself that I'm hoping to publish soon. Keep up the good work! (*^▽^*)

I treat it like a career even if it doesn't pay me, at least not yet. But I've just started a new book and am excited about that... so am drawing lots of pictures for it.
Fun! What sorts of fantasy do you like best? (you know, like High, Epic, Cozy, Dark... ect) I'd say mine are epic mixed with high fantasy with a healthy little dose of dark sprinkled in XD I always forget how intense they can get and then I re-read them and I'm like 'who actually thought of this... oh wait it was me' *pfft*

Well I hope you get to point where it's your career! Really, creating stories is a great career to aim for. I like High and Epic fantasy, and my own stories are kind of a mix of them too (lol I've put some dark moments in mine too).

You're doing an amazing job working on things that are Redwall based.
Aw thank you ^^ Redwall was a huge part of my childhood, and it inspired a whole world of mine. (A 7,000 year long word with like forty books and seven series in it... but you know) Inspiration is a funny thing.
It's grown into something quite different from Redwall... I'd call it a mix of Narnia and Redwall, but far more grown up like Lord of the Rings. Now, I do try to keep it enjoyable for most ages, but things can get intense sometimes. XD
But I've noticed you liking a bunch of my old work over the last couple of days, thank you for your interest ^^ I will continue to make art of these books and all future ideas as well :3
