I think the other sections need permissions edited at the moment.
It seems I can only submit to Featured also.

Turns out there was an extra menu within a menu in order to allow that and I missed it, but fixed that up now :,D I'll shuffle things around in the morn, sorry about that!

I think there's also some other setting I still can't see how to do it from my end. All I see is "submit to featured" unlike the drop-down I get on the DAOOC group I am on.

I'm sure we'll figure this out!
