That's right. Chelsea is self-conscious about her figure, thus wears workout clothing that best shows off her physique (like the belly shirt and hot pants number she's wearing in the top image) but Camille feels that dressing up in such a tarty manner is only asking for trouble, even thinking that once Chelsea starts dressing this way on a daily basis, she'll end up pregnant and with a crack addiction while also living in an alley along with the other dregs of society, but secretly hopes to one day be as bootylicious as her mother, Camille; if not even more so, as she considers such extreme "thiccness" to be the pinnacle of beauty. But despite her attempts to acquire such wide dimensions (usually by eating junk food and taking "butt-enhancing" supplements that don't actually work), it's been a very slow process.

Typically she only gains a pound or two every month, so with this latest news of having gained five pounds this time, she's definitely rather proud of her progress; especially seeing as how for the longest time, her weight had simply plateaued.
