I hope you don't take this as a negative thing, because I realise it could be, but.. Your gallery progress begins a lot like I did, growing to know more with each new piece. Only, you're dimensions above my skill level by now. It kind of gives me inspiration, though. I could be as good as you if I worked at it long enough.

I'm so glad that I've given you some inspiration to do better. Keep drawing. That's the only way you'll improve.
Don't be afraid to use references. All artists use references at one time or another. I search google for stockart of poses to make sure I get the anatomy right!
