Mongolian Metal is probably one of the more exciting music genres I have found on the internet for a while.
Parts of it sometimes reminds me quite a lot of Pagan Folk Metal.
(Especially the blend of traditional music with modern).

Oh ja, remember when I first found these guys. I was surprised by how much they sound and feel like.... Ensiferum for example.

Think the most unconventional, besides this, that I've come across that I can think of right now is some Sami joik-like Metal. Not sure you'd like that though....

It is only natural. You can't get much more metal than Djinghis Khan, can you?

I listen to Tengger Calvary and Nine Treasures. It's good stuff, man, and I hope more people get into this genre!

While you're at it check out a band called BloodyWood too!

Metal is all inclusive and I love it so much.

Thanks, I'll check it out.
Yeah, mongolian Metal is very interesting.
I don't necessarily like every singel song out there, but I enjoy the concept very much.
