"GAHAHAHAHA!!" John laughed as a character from a movie made a joke. As John was laughing, Dave sighed. The movie was terrible. It was so predictable, and even if it wasn't, the plot sucked. It was about a divorced man who goes on all of these crazy little quests. It also randomly left him to go to unrelated people.
"Dave, you have no sense of humor," John said crossing his arms. "That was hilarious!" Dave kept silent. The entire reason he was there was to be around John. Although they had a bromance, Dave felt they had something…slightly more together. So when John asked Dave to his house to watch a movie on Netflix and hang out, the adolescent Strider didn't dare refuse.
"I kinda zoned out. Sorry," he said sipping his apple juice. A brief time later, Dave gradually slipped his arm over John's shoulders.
"Dave, stop and watch the movie." Dave scooted closer to the pale boy, to where their legs were touching.
"Dave!" John said moving his arm and scooting over to the opposite direction.
