BotW Sheikah Font

Guys! GUYS! Check it out! CalicoStonewolf did a thing! LOVELY alternates for the Sheikah alphabet! ♥ If you love this alphabet as much as we do, go snag his fonts too! I *cough* helped a little; these two work with the "font style drop list" like the regular and bold found here. So you can install them and use them WITH these!

Well, thanks to DA getting *coughs* rude..over the years, I can't upload a zip instead of a ttf font stand alone....so I've had to reupload this entirely. *slow clap* Thank you DeviantArt for making something that used to be free, a "premium" feature. Even IF I still had core I wouldn't be able to swap file types like that for free download. Used to be able to! But oh well... *snorts*

SO SORRY for the trouble, everyone. Please forgive me? I'm just trying to make this as awesome and functional for everyone as possible! ;

April 11: A couple minor errors and an inconsistency with the bold font were fixed. Thanks for the heads up to those keeping in touch. :3

Mar 17: Besides the re-upload; I'm sure you all noticed it's a zip now- the zip contains the regular font...and a bold one, which will install WITH the "regular" version, allowing for regular or bold to be selected from the style menu!
Just install the "main" font file first, then the bold one. Again, sorry for the re-upload but I couldn't offer this on the old upload because of my own forgetfulness in not zipping it in the first place. Oops! I'll do better next time I swear! *laughs*

Mar 16: Sorry for the slip, guys! Realized that the enclosed "pin version" of 8 wasn't mapped right and was showing up as the 6. Not a BIG deal if you don't plan to use the enclosed numbers, but if you do, so sorry about that! It's fixed now! ;

Mar. 14: I fixed the line spacing and height; wasn't aware it was off at all. Seems like photoshop has issues with it anyway (probably a CS3 issue) but it works perfectly in word processors; tested it in Libre Office and you can effectively write in a square now.

The first FULLY FINISHED alphabet;  A-Z and all the numbers on 1-0, and all the available punctuation!

The zip file contains a "regular" font of the standard alphabet, as well as a "bold" version which mimics the map pins!

• Mapping & Features •
    • Full alphabet A-Z on both lowercase and uppercase.
    • All available correct punctuation: period, hyphen, exclamation and question mark (all discovered through a game rip file!)
    • a vertical line (mapped to |) which is used sparsely; seen on the "Gyro" controls in select shrines.
    • The space bar inserts a full character width space. Though spacing isn't used in standard writing, it was used in certain contexts of text in game and thus was added to the font.
    • Hit ~ and ` for a surprise!~
• The "bold" font contains all numbers in the style of the "pins", as well as a fully enclosed version of the alphabet to match!

• Please know that this is NOT an "adaption" font. Only characters found IN the actual alphabet in game, or from past teasers are included to keep it as true to the official/canon alphabet as possible. All punctuation in this font is correct according to newly found texture rips from the game it's self! It does have a little Easter egg that isn't actually part of the alphabet, but I always do that and I know you'll love it! ♥
