Saraí (pronounced Sara-E) Ochoa Berber was born in Mexico City on December 29, 1972. She currently resides in Uruapan in the State of Michoacan.
Saraí is an illustrator, a graphical artist, a restorer and a university professor.
She has a B.A. in Graphic Design from Universidad Don Vasco in Uruapan, Michoacan, graduating with honorable mention.
She studied pictorial work restoration at the San Carlos Academy of Plastic Arts in Mexico City.
She also attended the Instituto de Bellas Artes INBA (Fine Arts Institute) in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, where she took courses in lithography, plastic arts and artistic paper manufacturing.
Saraí has participated in several individual and collective exhibitions.
Her current areas of specialty are Art and Design, Illustration and Art Restoration.
Since 2001, Saraí has served as Professor at Universidad Don Vasco in Michoacan.
