Description
Tala had thought that Storm was a sorceress so she placed a binding spell like she did on Sister Nil. Just like everyone else in the Legion of Doom Tala had never heard of Homo sapiens superior, also known as mutants.
After placing a binding ritual on Storm Tala defeated Taarna and took the Loc-nar for herself. She then thought it would be a good experiment to try to do a spell on both Storm and Taarna by using the power of the Loc-nar.

Although Storm is portrayed as a sorceress in the Magik comic books, featuring both Storm and Illyana, the Limbo version of Storm in those books are very different from the rest of the comic books that Storm appears in. Storm above is not the version of Storm the sorceress from Limbo in the Magik comic books.
