Business. It lets me use invoices and I don't need to worry about my account being shut down and any fees being charged for breaking Paypal's rules (since they forbid accepting payments on a personal account). I can also use a business name instead of my legal name, so that's nice.
" they forbid accepting payments on a personal account" Wait, really? I read the TOS recently (again) and it says there that you can use a personal account for sales and invoices and so on. A business account is indeed the proper one to use, but I didn't see anywhere that it is forbidden to use a personal as well. Maybe I missed it?
I guess they changed it for some reason. Maybe because of the freelancers, since they function in a different way compared to a company and for them there is little difference between a personal and a business type account. The range of functionalities of the business account won't be needed since it's just one person. I could be completely wrong, though ^^ I have just noticed that a lot of freelancers tend to use personal accounts for paypal, banks and other services since it's less of a bother to maintain.
