Beekeeping is good! Yay, save them bees! If you're trying to get better though I have some suggestions (but first--your work is absolutely stunning and I believe is on par with some of the best deviants out there):
try working with more colored lighting and color dynamics
fluid and natural movement is always good to work on
...aaaaand backgrounds! (it seems like a lot of artists avoid these)

Your fan art is pinpoint accurate, too! It's like the best I've ever seen of storm light archive characters...oh I love brandon sanderson

Just went through your gallery, and it's literally like you've drawn all my favorite things! Beautiful art, and great representations of characters I love immensely. 

Your works remind me of Doubleleaf, that's a good thing
