(Collab) A Present from Opaline the Mermaid

At a nearby beach where @Aldeline06 lives, Opaline was sitting on a rock with her baby girl Labra. Wishing if there's a way for her to visit the human world when a certain someone was at the beach chilling & spots the mermaid & decides to say a little hello to Opaline. Opaline decides to give her friend a magic star hairclip that allows anyone to change between human or mermaid. In return Opaline ask (insert name of OC Opaline is talking to right now) if she/he can help her visit the world they know. For @Aldeline06 to complete the story & add a few changes to the story & add Opaline's tiara.
