Shining Seductress (Avaritia - Public) by SanseniteShining Seductress (Avaritia - Private) by Sansenite

Alias: Starsider

Real Name: Vivian Lucia

Species: Vixen

Sex: Female

Orientation: Bisexual

Date of Birth: 21 Feburary 1978 to James and Duana Lucia

Accent: General American

Appearance:

Fur Colour: Red (base) and white (belly)
Body Type: Lithe and slender
Eye Colour: Blue
Height: 6’

Costume:

High-cut metallic gold leotard with X-shaped shoulder straps, teardrop-shaped chest window below, and low open back. Metallic gold tied hanging belt. Metallic gold thigh-high high-heeled boots. Metallic gold bicep-length gloves. Metallic gold full head mask with white eye lenses.

Backstory:

Raised in a highly wealthy household, Vivian Lucia was utterly spoilt all her life. When the time came, her mother, Duana, revealed to her that their wealth originated from her family’s ability to breathe pheromones that allow her to control and enslave people to her will, having been passed down from generation to generation. She did this to Vivian’s father, James, to acquire his wealth and submission. She then revealed that Vivian too has the same power, and the young vixen immediately began to harness it.

After mastering her power, Vivian set about enslaving various individuals to her will, spreading her power and influence while increasing her own wealth. When making public appearances, she put on an outfit and a mask to disguise her true identity, dubbing herself “Starsider”.

After stalking Street Guard for a month, she discovered her secret identity, Mariana Lucas. Adopting the identity of a teacher with the name “Ebony Landreth”, she approached Mariana out-of-costume to get close to her, and quickly formed a deceptive bond as her girlfriend. They remained together for six months, with Vivian learning all she could ever want to know about Mariana while gaining satisfaction from the knowledge that Mariana had no idea who she was. However, she held off on using her pheromones on Mariana, wanting her victory over the heroine to be absolute when the time came.

When the time came, Starsider restrained Mariana to their bed while she slept, and after she awoke, revealed her true identity before using her pheromones to enthral her. Starsider immediately paraded the enslaved heroine through the streets out of foolish arrogance before she was attacked by the Beacon City Vigils. They managed to free her from Starsider’s influence by reminding her of her father and mission, and she was able to break free from Starsider’s power, but several months were needed for her to recuperate and remove the pheromones from her system. Since then, their feud had grown to new heights.

Powers & Skills:

Pheromone Generation: Starsider can breathe pheromones through her mouth at will. These pheromones, when infecting a victim, will instantly induce an addiction, as well as cause them to become fanatically devoted to Starsider, falling hopelessly in love with her, and will do anything she commands. This works regardless of sexual orientation.
Seduction Intuition: Starsider is a brilliant and experienced seductress, knowing exactly how to seduce both males and females.

Personality:

Positive Traits: None

Negative Traits: Starsider’s greed knows no bounds. She will not stop until she owns the world. Extremely arrogant, she judges the worth of a person by what they own. Those with more wealth have more of her respect, and those with less are little more than tools and toys to her, seeing them as possessions in too. Having been spoilt all her life, she is extremely entitled and can lose her temper easily. Despite her capacity for manipulation, she is not that intelligent, and is very straightforward with her schemes. She also uses her minions and allies to do her dirty work for her.

Likes: Starsider is driven by an insatiable desire to own things, especially wealth. In the privacy of her mansion, she goes barefoot, shirking all her clothing and jewellery save for her golden leotard. Tormenting Street Guard in one way or another is her favourite pastime.

Dislikes: Disgusted by a lack of cleanliness, Starsider cannot stand heroes or villains with no sense of fashion, style, or cleanliness. Due to her greed, she is vehemently opposed to anyone taking anything from her, and holds an incredible hate for those that do.

Relationships: After discovering Street Guard’s true identity, she took a new alias and masqueraded as the heroine’s girlfriend for some time, getting close to her for strategic purposes and the sadistic satisfaction of dominating her. She considers herself good friends with Manasa, believing their partnership will allow Starsider to acquire significantly greater wealth and an entire continent of her own. She also has a playful feud with Tamer, competing over what they can acquire.

Weaknesses:

Starsider lacks combat training and is as physically frail as any normal person. Her emotional immaturity is also easily attacked.

Nemesis: Street Guard

Mindless Minion (Streak Clone) by Sansenite

Alias: Streak Clones

Real Name: None

Species: Red Fox

Sex: Male

Orientation: Asexual

Date of Birth: Varies, but the first clone finished growing on 26 September 2015.

Accent: General American

Appearance:

Fur Colour: Black
Body Type: Slender and lean
Eye Colour: Blue (white when controlled)
Height: 5’7”

Costume:

High-cut white leotard with widened arm holes and red pelvic area. V-shaped black belt with silver “coin” at front. Tight red boots.

Backstory:

While Streak II was enslaved to Manasa, the serpent sorceress provided Raptor with a sample of Streak’s genetic material, telling him to find a way to weaponise it. However, the villainous Gryphon used the material to grow a number of clones who would be totally subservient to him. This was done without Manasa’s knowledge, giving Raptor an army of his own that he planned to use to take control of the New Revolutionaries.

However, since they were not the original Streak II, nor were they bonded with Falcon, the clones were warped versions of the original. In addition to having their fur colour reversed, the clones had the power levels of the first Streak when he first met Falcon. They also did not gradually improve their power the way Streak could, and thus were significantly weaker than Streak II.

Skills & Gear:

Enhanced Condition: Falcon enhances virtually every aspect of Matt’s physical abilities. He can tire out 10x longer than any normal person, jump two storeys high, hold his breath for roughly ten minutes at maximum, sprint at 10 metres a second, and has a reaction time of 50 milliseconds. His agility and dexterity allow him to perfectly manage every part of his body with acrobatic perfection, his senses are heightened to at least three times that of any normal person, his flesh can withstand a strike from an average hammer without bruising, his maximum lifting strength is two tons, and he has just enough power to punch clean through a steel car chassis. His enhanced immune system makes him invulnerable to all but the most powerful diseases, but is limited against toxins, drugs, and alcohol.
Regenerative Healing Factor: The clone’s enhanced healing allows him to repair a broken bone in roughly a single hour when remaining immobile.
Self-Sustenance: The clone has no need to drink, eat, or sleep.

Personality:

Positive Traits: None

Negative Traits: None

Likes: None

Dislikes: None

Relationships: Eternally loyal to Raptor, Streak’s clones will obey literally any order given to them by their creator.

Weaknesses:

As strong as they are, clones are not immune to sharp objects and bullets.

Nemesis: Streak II

Dominant Hunter (Tamer) by Sansenite

Alias: Tamer

Real Name: Carrie Summers

Species: Lioness

Sex: Female

Orientation: Bisexual

Date of Birth: 4 September 1985 to Jeffrey and Amy Summers

Accent: General American. High-pitched.

Appearance:

Fur Colour: Sandy
Body Type: Lithe but athletic
Eye Colour: Crimson
Height: 6’2”

Costume:

High-cut black leotard. Black and red long gloves and thigh-high boots with toe and finger holes. Red logo of a vicious lion on the chest with its jaw resembling a "T" on the abdomen. Red bikini brief worn over the leotard. Red collar.

Backstory:

Since she was a child, Carrie Summers loved chasing things, including her friends. But after a while, she became less of a rough-and-tumble playmate, and more of a bully. When she captured her targets, she always wanted to remind them who the superior chaser was, especially when none of her friends could catch her, and she quickly took to forcing them to say her name. Her knack for sadistic domination grew to new heights as she got older, becoming the most feared student in school.

Eventually, her craving for victory over others led her into a special kind of hunting. She became a bounty hunter and assassin under the name of "Tamer", learning every possible method for tracking and subduing prey, and quickly gained a reputation as a feared mercenary. However, after her wealth grew to immense sizes from taking on ever more high-profile jobs, she took on a different role: hunting just for sport. She tracked down celebrities, world leaders, superheroes, and even great warriors. When she did not lock them away and force them into lives as her personal slaves, she killed and made them into taxidermies, mounting them as trophies on the exhibits and walls of her exotic mountain estate in the Alps.

However, her obsession grew to near-insane heights when she encountered Serenade, the princess of a lost civilisation in Africa, and was astonished to spend a whole year playing a game of cat-and-mouse with her in the jungle, leading to her becoming Tamer's greatest hunt. When she eventually captured the lizard, she took her to Beacon City with plans to show off her ability to tame and break the princess to the villain community there, which she knew well. After Serenade managed to escape again, their game continued throughout the streets of the city, and from then on, Tamer decided she would never enjoy a hunt greater than this.

Skills & Gear:

Costume Specification: Tamer’s costume is almost impossible to tear or pierce, designed to provide maximum protection in addition to maximum freedom of movement.
Hunting Intuition / Predator Instinct: After years of experience, Tamer is highly skilled in the art of hunting down and killing or capturing prey, no matter how long it takes, and it is almost impossible to avoid being found by her if you are her target.
Lassoing: Tamer is armed with her signature crimson lasso that she ties around her forearm. It is made of an incredibly sturdy substance, almost unbreakable.
Martial Arts: Tamer is a master of a variety of martial arts techniques, making her a formidable opponent.
Peak Condition: At the limits of natural ability, Tamer is at her physical peak in terms of strength, speed, reflexes, agility, and other attributes.
Stealth: Swift and silent, Tamer is a master of stealth, capable of sneaking into and out of a high-security building without being noticed.

Personality:

Positive Traits: Always positive and playful, it is next to impossible to make Tamer stop smiling. Tamer is also honour bound, believing that, without honour, she has no claim to superiority over her targets. Highly intelligent, Tamer has the ability to predict her opponent’s actions with accuracy near foresight.

Negative Traits: Her condescending smile and laidback attitude complement her superiority complex, making her extremely annoying and frustrating for her opponents. She is a master of domination, proving it to any and all of her prey.

Likes: Every moment she spends hunting, fighting, killing, torturing or playing with her prey is like heaven to her. It is the purpose for which she was born, and she embraces it with only the purest satisfaction, having devoted her entire life to mastering her various skills. Tamer revels in putting her enemies in her place, wanting them to know who is superior, and loves hearing them scream her name.

Dislikes: Tamer hates boring prey, preferring a long and interesting hunt.

Relationships: Tamer loves to hate Serenade, wanting nothing more than to capture and thoroughly dominate her, but she does take great joy in their unending feud. She has a strong partnership with Manasa, who she sees as a good friend, but remains totally oblivious to the serpent’s true intentions.

Weaknesses:

Tamer's ego knows no bounds. Anything that can even slightly damage her happy, positive, and smug demeanour can be enough to throw her off and reduce her focus.

Nemesis: Serenade

Smug Psionic (Venus) by Sansenite

Alias: Venus

Real Name: Ashley Tome

Species: Mouse-Cat Hybrid (cat with mouse ears)

Sex: Female

Orientation: Heterosexual

Date of Birth: 4 March 1991 to Thomas and Samantha Tome

Accent: General American

Appearance:

Fur Colour: Slightly dark beige
Body Type: Lithe and slender
Eye Colour: Aquamarine
Height: 5’7”

Costume:

High-cut collared leotard with belly window. Bicep-length gloves. Thigh-high boots. Headband almost resembling a tiara. Every piece is white with techy details and aquamarine accents.

Backstory:

After a mysterious laboratory accident, Morgan and Ashley Tome, the twin daughters of scientist and engineer Dr. Thomas Tome, were given incredible telekinetic powers. This also resulted in their eye colour changing. However, the two young women could not control their powers, and Dr. Tome rushed to help them, designing special uniforms that would restrain their abilities and allow the two women to control them.

As the twins started to adapt to their newfound powers, they began using them to impress their father and perform amazing feats. But one day, an accident in downtown Beacon City where a construction crane crashed through a building was on the news, and the two girls begged their father to let them help. Reluctantly, he agreed, and the twins took flight into the skies, using their powers of telekinesis to defy gravity. In a great spectacle, the two young women saved all ten people on the verge of death, and the heroines instantly became the talk of the town. One reporter proposed the names "Venus" and "Minerva", which they gladly accepted.

As time passed, the twins became renowned superheroines, eventually being invited to join the Vigils. However, for reasons unknown, Ashley suddenly turned on Morgan in the middle of a patrol. Unexpectedly fighting for her life, Morgan asked her sister why she was trying to kill her, to which she merely responded that she will soon prove herself as the superior daughter, and will prove her dominance to both Beacon City and their father. However, Morgan was able to fight her off long enough for the other Vigils to arrive, forcing Ashley to retreat.

Much to her sadness, and despite their many future encounters, Morgan never learned where the resentment from her sister-turned-villain came from.

Powers & Gear:

Telekinesis: Venus is capable of telekinesis just strong enough to lift 2 tons, and can affect up to five large objects at the same time. The more impressive the feat, the more concentration she requires.

Costume Specification: Venus’ suit allows her to control her power by essentially focusing her telekinetic energies through her mind.

Personality:

Positive Traits: Venus is highly intelligent and methodical, able to quickly improvise solutions to almost any situation she finds herself. She is also extremely perceptive, capable of noticing things others may not. She is also witty and confident.

Negative Traits: Venus has an unusual need for validation, overeager to prove that she is not to be messed with. She is enormously smug, never missing an opportunity to taunt her enemies, especially her sister. She appears to be totally devoid of morality.

Likes: Venus loves to dominate her twin sister, demonstrating her superiority in every way she can imagine, which she used to do while wrestling with her her at a young age. She takes great joy in destroying things and ruining things for others.

Dislikes: Venus looks down on her sister, wanting to demonstrate her superiority over her to the entire city.

Relationships: For reasons unknown, Venus has it out for her sister, Minerva, and is determined to prove her superiority over her. She has also thrown her lot in with Manasa’s New Revolutionaries.

Weaknesses:

Though her powers make her incredibly difficult to hurt when her guard is up, their limits make it very hard for her to reduce the velocity of a large object, such as a wrecking ball, meaning anything can hurt her if it has enough mass and speed. Her powers are useless while unconscious, and she is not immune to telepathy. Her reflexes are also average, so she can only stop a projectile if she sees it coming.

Nemesis: Minerva

Mystic Lord (Xenrai) by Sansenite

Alias: None

Real Name: Xenrai

Species: Inter-Dimensional Being

Sex: None (male host)

Orientation: None

Date of Birth: None

Accent: General American

Appearance:

Fur Colour: Black
Body Type: Slender and lean
Eye Colour: Green (glowing)
Height: 5’7”
Details: Glowing green swirling lines all over his body.

Costume:

Hanging white loincloth.

Backstory:

In a dimension of light, colour, and energy very different from ours, Xenrai was the first of the beings residing there to give himself a name. With this one simple act, his capacity for reason and intelligence grew immensely, eventually unlocking his ability to increase his powers. He bestowed intelligence among the other beings of his universe, quickly becoming their omnipotent ruler as he established his absolute authority over the entire realm. None could overthrow him due to his immense, god-like power.

Eventually, however, one of Xenrai’s subjects managed to find an escape from this dimension, fleeing into another realm to avoid Xenrai’s infatuation with him. Arriving in this new dimension, he bonded with a wolf named Chad, who named the being ‘Falcon’. After some time, Falcon went on to join with a fox named Matt. Both of these young men became the superhero known as ‘Streak’. Unfortunately, Xenrai finally managed to track down Falcon’s escape route and entered this new realm of corporeal beings. He then forcibly possessed one of the clones of the second Streak, created by the supervillain Raptor. Using this clone’s body, he hunted down Falcon, determined to have him back.

Powers & Gear:

Energy Aura: When moving rapidly, Xenrai’s aura manifests a trail of green energy, making him resemble an emerald streak in the night sky. This green energy also propels him, allowing him to not only leap and run faster but also allows him to run up the side of buildings.
Enhanced Condition: Xenrai enhances virtually every aspect of the clone’s physical abilities. He can tire out 100x longer than any normal person, jump ten storeys high, hold his breath for roughly an hour minutes at maximum, sprint at 40 metres a second, and has a reaction time of 5 milliseconds. His agility and dexterity allow him to perfectly manage every part of his body with acrobatic perfection, his senses are heightened to at least five times that of any normal person, his flesh can withstand a strike from a knife without bruising, his maximum lifting strength is ten tons, and he has easily enough power to punch clean through thick concrete. His enhanced immune system makes him invulnerable to all but the most powerful diseases, toxins, drugs, and alcohol.
Psychic Navigation: Xenrai can extend his presence outward and explore an area remotely.
Regenerative Healing Factor: Xenrai’s enhanced healing allows him to repair a broken bone in roughly five minutes at most.
Sanitization: Xenrai’s aura vibrates and breaks down dirt particles on the clone’s body. The more matter to be disposed of, the longer this takes.
Self-Power Augmentation: Xenrai’s powers gradually double in strength every month.
Self-Sustenance: Xenrai has no need to drink, eat, or sleep.
Semi-Immortality: As long as he is bonded to Xenrai, the clone’s body does not age.
Spiritual Symbiosis: The clone is possessed by Xenrai, the inter-dimensional energy being who empowers him and controls his thoughts.

Personality:

Positive Traits: Xenrai is not especially cruel, and prefers to reserve that for punishment.

Negative Traits: Xenrai sees his kind as inherently superior to the corporeal beings of this dimension, but also sees himself as inherently superior to his own. He believes he is entitled to ruling over all other things. He is highly condescending and patronising, subtly mocking his enemies and slaves to reinforce his position as their superior.

Likes: He enjoys bringing pleasure to those who are obedient to him, seeing bliss as a reward for submission. He playfully enjoys experimenting, trying new things to stave off any semblance of boredom.

Dislikes: Xenrai despises disobedience, becoming angry at those who dare to refuse his will. However, he hides it under a his condescion.

Relationships: After eons of boredom, Xenrai has become especially infatuated with Falcon, wanting him to rule the two universes by his side. He longs for Falcon to sit beside him for eternity as his mate. His thinks of his clone body as a mere slave, and believes that Falcon should see Matt as Falcon’s own slave as well.

Weaknesses:

As strong as he is, Xenrai is not immune to most bullets or more damaging projectiles.

Nemesis: Streak II / Falcon
