I'm a local in Kodiak and you captured some angles I've never seen done here before with a camera.

Oh, really? I moved away a couple years back, but I grew up there. ^^

Most if not all of my Kodiak scenery was taken while exploring around the Base/Aviation hill area, around Barometer & Old Woman. At the time, I used an old Olympus model-something that they don't make anymore. It was the best camera I ever had. I never once used any of the fancy options or held the thing up to my face. I just left it on Auto, held it a chin/shoulder level, & used the zoom/screen as a scope/sight. I never felt any need to even explore any of the extra options or anything. That place is beautiful & amazing enough as it is. Especially in the middle-to-late summer, I genuinely believe that it's magical. If you're still in Kodaik, go out that way to do some hiking. The views are fantastic! I guarantee you will not regret it.

I can't put my finger on some of your abstract painting and pictures. So many look like nothing at first then I pick up on some very direct intention. When Eric posted the first image of their last album I recall staring at it over and over. Your work has made me finally understand that style that made no sense before. Sounds like bullshit but your art does what art as I understand it is supposed to do. Going thru your whole Deviant collection last night while dealing with some sleep deprivation was very enjoyable. Your commandments are provoking too., three of them in particular. 16Volt has been a huge deal to me over the years and it's now taken me to your amazing images. Keep up the excellent work.
