Theme: What Really Matters Quote: From The Sunset Limited The things I love are very frail. Very fragile. I didn't know that, I thought they were indestructible. They weren't.... Scenario: A suicidal man has a date with the underside of a subway train, but his plan to end it all is thwarted when a stranger snatches him from the platform edge and forcibly kidnaps him. Debate over the meaning and value in life ensues in the stranger's apartment, covering such topics as art, beauty, heaven, hell, pain and prison shanks. If nothing really matters, why go on living? Images: by @JoJoesArt by @Enothar by @KlarEm by @Harkale-Linai We hope to get a summer (or autumn) script-writing contest going this year, but we'd first like to hear from you about what prizes and/or incentives would get you excited about participating. After all, what is a contest without contestants? Please, give us your feedback by clicking and commenting here.

Thank you for inviting me to join house-of-playwrites. However, I don’t write scripts.

Have a nice day =)

thank you for all these years giving some bday wishes even though I wasn't very much active. That's super thoughtful and something nice to see. Hope you've been well

Umm.....hey. I got something to say about the contest....Well.... I ran into a computer problem and won’t be able to get the story done. I’m afraid to use the family computer as well, if you were wondering. And if I do it on my phone, it would take way too many hours to type it all up.....so, I know that I wanted to do this and you gave me a motivational speech, but because of what’s going on with me, I cannot continue with the contest. I’m sorry.
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties. That is frustrating enough under normal circumstances, and the lockdown is probably making it all the worse.

However, before you quit prematurely (after all, there are still two weeks left before the deadline), know that you may have an alternative to typing for hours on your phone.

There's nothing in the rules that would prevent you from turning in a hand-written script. If you hand-write your script, you can create a pdf of it with your phone by following these directions:
for iOS...www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eyy8zb…

for Android...www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_olWf…
Simply make sure that the words of your script are legible to readers.
Alright. I’ll give it a try.

Thanks for the llama.
