Chapter 8: Slime Gal and Gender Morpher vs. The Furious Five

Dr. Fredrick shut the door and switched on the lights. He walked in as he sat down in the chair, and the other members watched, along with Rachel and Christine. 

“Good evening, everyone. Rachel has returned following her destructive outburst, evidently feeling quite low. However, after I talked to her about superheroes being protectors, she finally came out of it! Then, save Christine by conversing with her, asserting their neither hero nor villain but a worthy individual, acknowledging their genuine selves. They rescued Monica, ending the AI's weeks-long control. So now, as the boss of Event Horizons, we! As a team, they are going to save Diane and, most importantly, capture the Furious Five. It may not be easy, but luckily, I came up with a plan.” Dr. Fredrick said as he pressed the button on his remote, and the projector screen came down.    

Are there any questions some of you wish to discuss before we review the plan?” Dr. Fredrick said, Christine raises their hand. “Yeah, Christine?” He asked. “What’s going to happen when my uncle reacts if he finds out that I’m a hero instead of a villain?” Christine questioned, “You had to figure that on your own.” Dr. Fredrick replied, “Okay then,” Christine uttered.   

“Now, as I was saying, we are going to have three phases to save Diane and arrest the Furious Five team, sort of like a two birds, one stone situation.” Dr. Fredrick turns on the projector, which shows artwork of the plan: “Phase 1, Slime Gal will shapeshift into a car and take Gender Morpher to the headquarters.” He pressed the button for the next slide. Phase two. Once you two get here, go to the headquarters without getting caught by the members.” He pressed the button to the last slide.—phase 3. Once you two pass security, Slime Gal or Gender Morpher will rescue Diane from her cell. Slime Gal will shapeshift into a motorcycle, and Gender Morpher will activate the Ehtan, and we, the team of Event Horizons, will contact the police, thus reuniting the team for good!” Dr. Fredrick said as he turned off the projector, as everyone cheered for him, except for Christine. They don’t know how to react. 

Before the mission commencement, Rachel posed one final query to Dr. Fredrick. “Hey, Dr. Fredrick, can I do one more thing before we go?” She said, He agrees, and Rachel leaves the meeting room. 

She went to the medical room and carefully pushed open the entryway, observing her friend's condition. She stretched her neck to look at Monica for a quick second, and she saw her sound asleep. Slowly approaching Monica, Rachel retracted her neck. “Hey there, Monica.” Monica opens her eyes. “Rachel want to come over and check on you," she stated, "but may I tell you something?” Rachel questioned. “Yeah, I guess,” Monica replied, “Well, first off, is your head feeling better? Like, a scale of 1 to 10.” “I think I’m… a 6, point 5, maybe?” Said Monica. “Okay, good, and does that same answer apply to your body?” Rachel questioned, and her friend slowly nodded. "Excellent, my purpose here was merely to convey Christine, then I plan on rescuing Diane from Furious Five." Monica stared, shocked by this reply. “Wait, you're doing this now?” She said. “Well, the plan is I’m taking Christine to ‌headquarters. We'll rescue Diane, while the Event Horizons team summons authorities to apprehend the Furious Five. It may or may not be easy, but trust me, it’ll be just fine.” Rachel said. Monica loosened up, and she sighed. "Alright, good luck," Rachel wished, then shut the door. Monica perked up, “Rachel?” Rachel opens the door and stretches her neck one more time. “Yeah?” She said, drawing Monica’s attention. “There's‌ one more thing I need to tell you.” Monica said, “Alright, but make it quick.” Rachel replied, “Like I’ve said it before, and I’ll repeat it. Don’t get hurt.” Monica said as Rachel smiled, “I will, Monica, I will.” She said, and she closed the door, and Monica lay down on her bed as she fell asleep.

Meanwhile, at the Furious Five Headquarters, Dr. Lucified was raging over his defeat after what Slime Gal and Gender Morpher did earlier. In anger, he immediately swept all his belongings off his desk. Papers flew off the floor and office supplies slammed to the ground as he smashed one of his beer bottles on the floor. He calmed himself, his eyes bloodshot, as the door creaked open. He heard a voice saying, “Um, excuse me?” Dr. Lucified was so mad that he grabbed the coffee mug and tossed it at Multidude, but he missed him. Dr. Lucified straightens ‌his tie and takes a deep breath. "Sorry for interrupting your..." He paused, observing the chaotic office, then proceeded, "... tantrum. However, what course of action do we take upon Slime Gal's and Gender Morpher's arrival?" I mean, we’ve done everything, and she's already beating us up.” Said Mutlidude. Dr. Lucified came up. When Slime Gal and Gender Morpher arrive at the HQ for the third and final time, he will explode the entire building—killing both of them. Multidude was stunned by the statement! “Dr. Lucified, are you mad!? You destroyed this place, you killed both heroes, and one of them is your relative? This locale, formerly a diner from the sixties, shuttered its doors in the eighties because of food contamination. Years later, we renovated its interior for habitation. Now, you intend to raze this dwelling because of two female crime-fighters?” Multidude snapped at Dr. Lucified, but he didn’t react. Instead, he turns around and glares at the black and green-suited man. “Tell everyone to get here… now! Dr. Lucified's angry desk slam cut off Multidude mid-sentence. He pointed at the door, prompting Multidude's removal from the space. “Proceed at once!” As Multidude left the room to tell everyone else, Dr. Lucified looked down, and he noticed something that was on the floor. He picked up the drawing of Slime Gal that Multidude had shown him earlier. Dr. Lucified expressed anger toward the drawing, issuing this statement to the artwork. “If I see your stupid, elastic face of yours, then I am going to tear you to pieces, bit by bit.” He ripped the paper in half. "After completion, I will not encounter you nor my granddaughter, that awful trans girl, ever again."

Slime Gal in her car form is waiting out in the driveway of Event Horizons. She sighed for a moment, “Where are you, Gender Morpher?” She said it to herself. Gender Morpher came speeding down to where Car Slime Gal is. “Sorry, I was just getting ready for our plan for tonight.” Gender Morpher said as they got inside ‌the car, Slime Gal. “Okay, but what about the others?” She replied. “Well, they’ll be here, trust me. Everything will be fine according to plan.” Gender Morpher said. Alright, well, let’s go save Diane!” Slime Gal said as they drove off to the Furious Five HQ. 

As Slime Gal kept driving, Gender Morpher activated the Ehtan, and it was from Dr. Fredrick. “Hey girls, I just wanna give you guys the heads up we are following behind you.” He said, “Great! So when are we going to save my friend?” Slime Gal said. “We’ll do it in around five minutes, so Gender Morpher, do you still wanna do this?” Dr. Fredrick said, and Gender Morpher agreed. And Slime Gal was proud of them.

In the meeting room at the headquarters, Dr. Lucified was giving a speech to his members. “Alright, everyone, I told Multidude how we're going to defeat Slime Gal and Gender Morpher, since with all the stuff they've done with all of us. Beating us up, escaping the lab, and even saving one of her friends. My patience has reached its limit. So Multidude, can you tell us what I told you?” Multidude looked at him and sighed, “Well… Dr. Lucified told me. The lab will detonate upon Slime Gal's and Gender Morpher's arrival. “Blow up the headquarters?!” Cryo-Woman said drastically. “Yes, we are going to blow this place up. I've kept this explosive for years, and now I present it. My plan involves positioning this incendiary device in my office for complete annihilation. Meanwhile, you three will get prepared for Slime Gal and Gender Morpher’s arrival, got it? The trio agreed and prepared themselves for battle. 

In HQ's lobby, Multidude, Insectina, and Cryo-Woman convened. Cryo-Woman sighed. “Hey, Xavier, can I talk to you about something? But it’s more of a private conversation.” She said Xavier agreed, and the two of them headed to the cafeteria. 

As the two of them arrived, Multidude sat next to Cryo-Woman, and she took off her goggles and balaclava and sighed, “Xavier, let me ask you this. Has Dr. Lucified taken things too far?” Cryo-Woman questioned. Multidude was speechless about this statement. “Yeah, he is taking things too far, but what can we do about it? We’re runts.” Multidude replied. Just then, Cryo-Woman got an idea. “Hey, Xavier! I was thinking about something. If the place really did blow up, I was planning to go back to Russia to reunite my family. But, can I invite you over to my home country?” She said, Multidude was concerned about this statement. “We can leave, we can go to Russia together, we can have a quiet place together, and I can show you my family,” Cryo-Woman said. Multidude sighed, and he turned to face Cryo-Woman. “Mirosalva, that’s very kind of you, but I don’t know how to speak Russian, or hell, I don’t even know anything about your culture. I'd rather go to my place instead after this place blows to smithereens. Wouldn’t that be fine?” He said. Cryo-Woman nodded as Multidude got out of his chair. “I’ll think about it, but for now, let’s go defeat those girls before it's too late,” Multidude said. “Alright, let’s focus on the more important things,” Cryo-Woman said as she put on her goggles and balaclava back on, as the two of them left the cafeteria.

Slime Gal and her team arrived at the Furious Five Headquarters as Gender Morpher got out of Slime Gal’s car form; they stared at the abandoned chicken restaurant. They looked at the building as fear coursed through their veins. Gender Morpher fears returning to this place, but Slime Gal intervenes and places her hand on their shoulder. “Hey, it’s going to be okay.” "Slime Gal," said as Gender Morpher, catching her attention. “Thanks.” They replied as the two of them headed off to headquarters. 

Dr. Gerald clapped his hands. "Great!" he exclaimed. We’ll call the cops on the Furious Five. "It's simple," Dr. Fredrick responded. What if the plan failed, though? Dr. Gerald stated. His brother's eyes widened. “If.. well.. if it backfires?” Dr Fredrick stammered, taken off guard by the quick, doubtful words. He shook it off, straightened his jacket, and took a breath. “Well. I can’t go spilling all my secrets, can I? I’ve got an ace up my sleeve, don’t worry about it.”

Slime Gal and Gender Morpher arrived at the headquarters. "Okay, just remember, we're going to save Diane, so Dr. Fredrick and his team will arrest the Furious Five," Slime Gal stated as Gender Morpher agreed so as they arrived at Diane’s cell, Slime Gal tapped on the window to get her attention. “Hey, Diane.” She said Diane turned to look at her, and she muffled in excitement. We plan to remove you from this spot.” Slime Gal said as turned to look at Gender Morpher. “So, Gender Morpher, can you do the honors?” Slime Gal asked. Gender Morpher observed the scanner," she recounted, "and just prior to morphing into team members, they viewed the device, rejecting it." Because they don’t wanna screw up again. “Actually, Slime Gal, can you do it?” Gender Morpher asked, and she agreed. 

Just before Slime Gal was going to smash the glass window of the cell, Diane rolled onto her side to get away from the glass shards. Slime Gal smashed the window open and walked inside. Diane turned around as Slime Gal untied the rope from Diane’s torso and told her something as she grabbed the corner of the duct tape where her mouth was. “Okay, Diane, hold still. This is going to hurt.” Slime Gal said as she ripped the tape out of Diane’s mouth, “OW!” she cried. She looked at the two heroes and she was excited to see them! “Slime Gal, Gender Morpher!” Diane said as she hugged both of them. “I’m so glad you're okay.” Slime Gal said as her friend gave her a soft smile. I'm happy you're here to save me. And wow, Christine! You’ve changed.” Diane said, “Why, thank you! Dr. Fredrick and his team made a brand new suit for me.” Gender Morpher said. Since Slime Gal was taking Diane, she noticed something on Diane’s neck and said, "Hey, what’s that on your neck?” She asked, “Oh, that’s a shock collar. If I leave this place, it’ll electrocute me. And trust me, it’s very painful.” As Diane kept talking, the trio looked at the girls. “Alright, there they are, so are you two ready?” Multidude asked as Cryo-Woman and Insectina agreed. 

Slime Gal transformed her finger into a key, ‌unlocking the shock collar's mechanism. Diane was free to go! As soon as she’s about to step out of the cell, she looked at the bug-like shadow that was looming above the two heroes. She screamed for a moment, grabbed Slime Gal’s arm and covered her face with it. “Diane, what’s wrong?” Slime Gal asked. Diane wanted to talk, but fear held her back. Gender Morpher turned around, and they told Slime Gal about the shadow that Diane was referring to. She stretched her neck, and it was none other than Insectina, Multidude, and Cryo-Woman!  

"Look who's finally here!" Insectina exclaimed as Slime Gal and Gender Morpher spun around, while Diane trembled in fear. “So, are both of you prepared?" Multitude stated.

Slime Gal squished herself into a blob and slithered underneath the villains as Gender Morpher morphed into a boxer and punched Insectina, Cryo-Woman, and Multidude out of the way. As Gender Morpher knocked them out, they carried Diane to safety. “Thanks for saving me, Gender Morpher!” Diane said. “No problem!” Gender Morpher said in a man's voice as they carried her away. The members got up as Cryo-Woman saw the heroes with Diane were escaping the lab. “Oh, hell no!” Multidude said as he sent out his clones to stop the girls. Just as Slime Gal is about to shapeshift into a motorcycle, Diane warns them about something! “Um, girls?” Diane said that the two girls stopped for a moment. As they saw an army of Multidude clones surrounding the girls! Gender Morpher set Diane down and morphed back to normal. “Great! Now what?” Slime Gal asked as they heard laughter from the distance. It was Insectina hovering over the clone army to get the girl's attention. “Well, looks like you three are outnumbered.” Insectina said as the heroes looked at each other. “What’ll we do?” Diane asked. “I got it! Gender Morpher, you fight on this side, while Diane and I will take care of the other side,” Slime Gal said, thus Gender Morpher agreed. “So, what should we do?” Diane asked as Slime Gal hatched an idea! She slithered underneath her as they covered up legs to cover‌ her legs and onto her knees. Diane was confused. “Uh, Slime Gal? You're not consuming my body, are you?” Slime Gal reforms her head and tells Diane. “Nope, I’m doing something even better!” They said as they covered up Diane’s torso, as her arms were covered up like a second skin. Diane was amazed. She grew taller and bulkier. Slime Gal’s suit appeared, along with her legs that grew in size. Sleeves were coiling around Diane’s arms, and the slimy skin covered Diane’s hands like gloves as they grew twice as large, and Slime Gal stretched her neck that came out of her back to see Diane’s new look. A fusion of Diane’s body was wrapped up, covered, and grew with Slime Gal’s elastic slimy skin as she was wearing her suit, but the a-line skirt turned into a bell skirt. Once the transformation was complete. Diane was in awe. Slime Gal’s shoes are huge, and they stretch onward, making the legs pink, tall and bulky. She wore Slime Gal’s outfit; the torso was broad and barrel-like, wearing a bell skirt. Slime Gal’s lavender sleeves were coiled onto Diane’s arms and her hands were covered by Slime Gal’s hands but now larger, and Slime Gal’s neck was stretched onto her back as her head was next door to Diane, her transformation acts like a power suit. “So, what do you think?” Slime Gal said as Diane was speechless. “I… I LOVE IT!” Diane shouted. “I thought you were going to consume me. And become a mindless drone.” Diane chuckled. “Well, I guess not.” Slime Gal replied. Diane’s eyes perked up. “Wait, I can just.” Diane looked at the large hand as Slime Gal watched ‌it shapeshift into a large mallet. “Oh, ho ho! Wait till Monica sees this!” Diane shouted as she swung her mallet arm at the Multidude clones! In pure joy! The duo of friends were fighting off Multidude’s clone army one by one. 

Gender Morpher, in their male wrestler form, battled clones and noticed Diane was wearing Slime Gal as a power suit as she’s guiding her way to fight off the clones as her hand shapeshifted into a boxing glove as Slime Gal stretched her neck down and head-butted the Multidude clone. Gender Morpher noticed the two girls. “Woah, Diane, Slime Gal, you two look great!” How did that happen?” The two girls looked at them. “Oh, we used the power of friendship!” Diane said excitedly. “Actually, I shapeshifted into a power suit to help my best friend!” Slime Gal replied. Gender Morpher was amazed!  

As all the Multidude clones had been defeated, Gender Morpher turned back to normal, while Diane and Slime Gal split. The three girls celebrated! Diane looked over and she noticed someone missing. “Uh, guys, where are the villains?” She asked. 

Dr. Lucified retrieved a plasma gun from the drawer, designed for the permanent elimination of Slime Gal. His office saw a visit from his three villains. “Sir, Slime Gal, Gender Morpher, and Prisoner Number 13 have defeated all of my clones! So what are we going to do?” Multidude asked. Dr. Lucified was breathing hard as Cryo-Woman stepped in to check on him. “Boss? Her voice cracked as she addressed Dr. Lucified, whose jaw tightened and eyes burned with a fierce, crimson light. An icy dread washed over him, tightening his chest as his breath hitched. “This ends NOW!!!” Dr. Lucified screamed as he slammed his hand on the button of the time bomb!

As the girls stood there in a state of shock, alarms blared loudly. “Guys! What’s happening?” Diane asked, as a voice called out at the HQ. “The self-destruct sequence begins in one minute.” The voice said. “Well, that’s our cue,” Slime Gal said as she shapeshifted into a motorcycle. As Gender Morpher morphed into a motorcycle driver and hopped on first, and later Diane, they saw the three villains leaving the building next. “Alright, ladies, hold on!” Slime Gal said as she drove off! 

As Slime Gal kept driving, the Furious Five villains caught up with them. Diane saw them as she panicked! "Gender Morpher, pick up the pace now!" They're catching up to us,” Diane said. Gender Morpher rolls the throttle quickly; they hold the clutch in and they lean in their body slightly forward, as motorcycle Slime Gal performs a wheelie as she drives faster! “Alright, I want you two to duck on the count of three.” Slime Gal said as they were approaching the exit, As she’s counting down, Gender Morpher and Diane were ducking down slowly and when Slime Gal said “THREE! They forcefully exited the doorway, causing her to leap with such surprising agility to elude the laser grid. While in slow motion, Diane was cheering in the night! 

Motorcycle Slime Gal landed on the road and came to a screeching halt where they were inches away from the building. Gender Morpher and Diane hopped off of motorcycle Slime Gal as Gender Morpher and Slime Gal turned back to normal. The Furious Five members got out two as they saw the heroes! “Diane, go to the Event Horizons team, we’ll handle this,” Slime Gal said as Diane darted away from the girls. 

The clock was ticking down, leaving Slime Gal and Gender Morpher with a mere thirty minutes to vanquish the Furious Five before the location was engulfed in an explosion. “Attack!” Cryo-Woman yelled as they headed out first, while Slime Gal and Gender Morpher were heading up to them. And the battle began! 

Slime Gal’s elastic yet slimy fist blurred, each impact sending shudders through Insectina as a gleaming pan materialized and descended with a sickening thud. His form rippled and solidified into a male pyrotechnic, the surrounding air scorching as he unleashed a torrent of fiery breath to confront the frigid blast. As the two heroes were fighting off in unique and clever ways, Dr. Lucified was the last one to escape the HQ, and he saw the fight was still going on and he’s raging about it! “Alright clones, don’t fail me now this time.” Multidude said as he pressed some buttons on his arm to send out nine copies of himself, laughing like a maniac. The girls saw the clone army, and Slime Gal got another brilliant idea! “Gender Morpher, can you morph into a professional bowler?” Slime Gal asked. “Yeah, sure, why?” Gender Morpher replied as they morphed into a female bowler. Slime Gal curled herself into a ball. Gender Morpher picked up Slime Gall and tossed her like a bowling ball, and they rolled straight towards the Multidude’s clones as they all crashed into each other like a game of bowling. 

The villains are defeated again, and another announcement sounds from beyond the headquarters. There are ten seconds remaining until self-destruction. The entire headquarters blew up! Creating a massive earthquake as the building was slowly sinking into the Earth’s crust, with rubble breaking apart in the building. The floor collapsed as Slime Gal was getting up‌ after the explosion. Her ears started ringing until she heard a familiar cry. “Slime Gal! Help!” Slime Gal turned around and saw Gender Morpher gripping onto the floor as their suit was slightly torn. “Oh, God!” Slime Gal said as she darted over to save her friend! Upon her arrival, Slime Gal extended her arm to address Gender Morpher, saying, "Gender Morpher." Grab on!" She shouted." Gender Morpher grabbed ‌Slime Gal’s arm, which applied more weight to her body. Under immense stress, Slime Gal struggles to lift Gender Morpher, concerned about her arm. "I simply cannot get this done. I am not sufficiently strong." Just before her body stretched and plunged into the same abyss, Dr. Fredrick and his team arrived, their shouts echoing in the desperate struggle. “Guys! Slime Gal exclaimed, her neck elongating to face them. A bright smile spread across his face as he confidently declared, “Don’t worry, Slime Gal, we got this!” Dr. Fredrick said, filled with excitement. “Alright, everyone, pull!” Dr. Gerald said as the Event Horizons team and Diane grabbed onto Slime Gal’s torso, hips, and legs to save Gender Morpher. “Come on, everyone!” Slime Gal said. Gender Morpher was happy that they were almost free. “We’re almost there guys, keep going!” Gender Morpher said as they were about to pull themselves free. Dr. Lucified grabbed Gender Morpher at the last second and pulled them away from Slime Gal’s grip! Sending the two plummeting down the hole! Everyone is in pure shock as Slime Gal was devastated that Dr. Lucified took Gender Morpher. “NO!” Slime Gal cried as Gender Morpher’s scream vanished into the dark abyss. 

Gender Morpher fell down farther away from the Event Horizons team and landed on the ground with a bunch of destroyed rubble around them and even some tables from the cafeteria. Dr. Lucified landed safely, but as he’s taking a breath, he heard grunting that was behind them. “Uncle… Lou, help, please.” It was Gender Morpher! But they were completely wounded, as their suit was torn up and their face was badly injured. “Please, I… need you.” A single tear traced a path down their cheek, blurring the world around them. As they moved a few more inches, they heard something was about to fall on them; it was a chunk of rubble that was from the headquarters. Dr. Lucified saw their granddaughter; he hit the wall with his shoulder and the rubble fell onto Gender Morpher’s arm where the watch was, and it landed on the radius and ulna bones, causing it to break! Gender Morpher screamed in agony as their arm was destroyed. Their hand twitched and squirmed as tears streamed down their face. Dr. Lucified walked over and saw their granddaughter pinned onto the ground. "Well, would you look at that!" A guttural roar erupted from Dr. Lucified, his vision narrowed to a burning point as he glared at Gender Morpher, a storm of rage contained by sheer force of will. "My granddaughter, who not only escaped the headquarters, but you became a hero just like my arch nemesis! I can’t believe my own two eyes! Also, since now you are here in my territory. I guess you don’t need this anymore.” Dr. Lucified kneeled down and grabbed the gender changing device they had for all this time. Dr. Lucified slammed it on the ground and crushed it with his shoe. Leaving Gender Morpher powerless. 

Since Dr. Lucified destroyed the device, he turned to his granddaughter as he gritted his teeth in rage. “Christine, you are not just a transgender freak. You're an abomination to society! You're the only person who lashes out at people when you wanna take a break! And the noise you made of you whining about not getting enough treatment. I wanna take a break. I want some food. I want Dr. Lucified to love me, along with the other members! OH SHUT THE HELL UP! No wonder your parents died, Christine! Your transition is the weak point in your life! I hate you for a significant reason. You're not a hero nor a villain. You're an enormous pile of nothing!” Dr. Lucified walked away from Gender Morpher, and they were devastated by their uncle’s response. But as soon as he was about to leave and climb up, Gender Morpher responded. “My true nature is not what you believe it to be. The weight of the world has pressed down on me, but I've always found a soft cushion of affection beneath my falls, a gentle voice whispering that I am not alone. I have escaped the darkness of fear and regret, embracing love and kindness instead. With Slime Gal's help, I will save Monica. Can you tell me what they do? Their applause and cheers were amazing, and I'm so happy I became a great person! I'm neither a hero nor a villain; I'm something more. "I am a person who always makes the right choices and has supportive partners," Gender Morpher stated proudly, and Dr. Lucified was speechless from all of this. Just as soon as he was about to react, a set of pink arms was stretching downward, moving the rubble out of the way, and grabbed Gender Morpher gently. Ascending slowly without hurting their arm, leaving Dr. Lucified behind. 

Gender Morpher looked up, and they saw silhouettes of three familiar faces! They landed safely on the ground. And when Gender Morpher opened their eyes, it was Slime Gal, Dr. Frederick and Dr. Gerald! “Guys!” They said in excitement. “Christine, are you okay?” Dr. Gerald asked. "No, Dr. Lucified broke my arm with a chunk of rubble that he hit to lure in closer, broke my arm, and he destroyed my device.” Gender Morpher replied. “Don’t worry, I’m taking you to the van to patch you up.” Dr. Gerald replied as he carried Gender Morpher down to the van. 

Meanwhile, Dr. Lucified was climbing up the rubble. As he reached the top, he went berserked! He was going through his pocket as he pulled out a plasma gun, and he saw Slime Gal. “I got you now, you pretend superhero!” Dr. Lucified snarled and growled as he was heading closer! Multidude saw Dr. Lucified, and he was shocked! He's gone completely mad! Everyone, stop him!” Multidude ordered as Cryo-Woman and Insectina followed suit. Dr. Lucified was limping his way through as he licked blood from his arm. Just before he took another step, his legs froze solid. “What the?” he said. Dr. Lucified turned around and saw it was Cryo-Woman! “I don’t want you to hurt anymore people.” She said as dozens of Multidude clones ran over to stop Dr. Lucified. They tackled him, and he struggled. “Stop pulling on me, you idiots!” Dr. Lucified said as he broke through the clones and the ice, and he ran closer. Insectina landed right in front of him and screeched! He ran around her. “Sorry, that’s all I can do.” Insectina said. 

Gender Morpher sat in the back of the van, observing their arm which was in a cast. Their uncle appeared, walking towards Slime Gal with a plasma gun in hand. "Slime Gal!” Gender Morpher said as they took off. Dr. Gerald tried to stop them, but it was too late! 

When Dr. Lucified stopped to reach his target Slime Gal and Dr. Fredrick saw him and they were shocked. “Game over, Slime Gal!” Dr. Lucified yelled as he pointed the gun at her. Until Gender Morpher ran over to save her friend, “Uncle Lou, stop!” Gender Morpher cried. “Christine, get out of my way, I’m finishing her!” Dr. Lucified yelled as he accidentally pulled the trigger. The energy was building up as Gender Morpher moved their uncle’s arms and jammed the gun at Dr. Lucified’s chest! Slime Gal stretched her arms for the last second as a flash of light blinded the four people! KA-BOOOM!!! The gun exploded with a powerful force. Pushing everyone back and, most importantly, Dr. Lucified, Gender Morpher, and Slime Gal.  

The villains and heroes are okay after the blast from the gun, as it was immediately destroyed. Slime Gal stood up, groaning with sudden burn marks on her face. and what she saw was a corpse lying on the road; it wasn’t any ordinary corpse; it was Gender Morpher! “Oh god, no!” Slime Gal ran over as she said “revert” midway to return to her human colors. Rachel took off her mask and lifted Christine, who sacrificed themselves as a giant burned hole that was scorched off their suit with a red chest as their face had more burned marks than Rachel. She lifted ‌Christine’s limp body as she’s holding back tears. “C-Christine?” She whimpered. Just before she gave up, Christine coughed a little as Rachel’s eyes widened. Christine slowly opened their eyes. “Hey, Rachel.” They said, “Christine, I- I don’t know what to say. I was so scared I-” Rachel said as Christine stopped them from talking. “Rachel… It’s going to be okay, but just before I go, I- I have to tell you something.” They said, “What is it?” Rachel replied. Christine's fingers, once warm, now felt like ice against Rachel's flushed cheek, their eyes brimming with unshed tears as they spoke. “Thank… you… for being part of a family.” Christine said, and they passed away. 

Rachel was upset. “No, no, Christine please! Please, wake up," Rachel pleaded, her voice cracking as she shook their limp form, her palms stinging from repeated, desperate pats. Her knuckles turned white as she clutched the worn person; the scent of his lingering cologne was a cruel reminder. “CHRISIIIIIINNNNEEEE!!!!!” Rachel yelled, and it was too late. Christine was gone. Dr. Fredrick walked over and tried to talk to her. “Rachel, I-” He was cut off as Rachel hugged him, crying, with tears streaming down ‌her face and onto Dr. Fredrick’s lab coat. Everyone was upset except Dr. Lucified. As Dr. Gerald was confronting Diane. A couple of police cars and ambulances arrived in time as the police arrested the Furious Five members, while Christine was sent to the ambulance to recover from the damage to their body. As the ambulance took off, Rachel was devastated. She did not lose a partner; she lost a friend. A friend who cared for them. Ever since they first met each other.
