After the Gig

This started as a self portrait, but, by the time I was done, he'd taken on a bit of a life of his own. So, I guess in the end he's now some other exhausted emo twink who just happens to look strangely familiar...

Kinda feel like I want to do more with the character (and maybe his bandmates) in future, but I don't even have a name for him so far... For now, at least, I'll probably just use him as a bit of a stand-in for myself.

I'm actually having a lot more fun drawing these days. Art seems to be coming much more naturally to me than it used to, and when I know something's off, it feels a lot more obvious what I need to change...

Probably helps that my computer's still too screwed up to play video games and I've been drawing more to replace the fix!
