Look dude, it's nice and a very creative idea to turn a Windows wallpaper into a mouse pad. But with all due respect, I don't think you have the authorizations to avoid people from copying/re-uploading/previewing this work, whatsoever. After all, the fact you have added the Windows(TM) logo in front of this Microsoft's wallpaper doesn't mean you can demand such things.
I suggest you'd better edit your "Terms and Conditions" addition before it gets too late. It's just for you, not anybody else.
