Gouache Prussian blue, yellow ochre and spectrum red on card, 22cm x 18cm.
It has been a while since I last got me old paints out. I'm going to re-learn what I used to do and study to expand my painting approach. Hence the series of Etudes of which this is number 1.
What I learned here ...
Prussian blue can separate out of the mix over time and make everything more blue.
Also mix enough of your colour for the whole painting, you will need more than you think.
