Let's get in touch together again
Hey guys!
Maybe it's because of DA's 20th anniversary or midlife crisis lol, but nostalgia hit me hard lately and I started to think of all the people I met through the internet for the last 2 decades. I could keep in touch with some of you guys and that's awesome, I'm really grateful we could still have fun and share a bit of our lives (through social networks or even better, IRL) during all that time. I hope we'll keep contact for another 2 decades 
Now, how about all the people I used to know? where are you guys??
If you still remember me, and met me either on DA, IRC chans, Oekaki boards (yes !), or even through MMORPG (especially Ragnarok Online and World of Warcraft), please drop me a few words. I really want to know what happened to you and how's your life now. Are you still drawing? Do you have any social media pages where I can see you art? Please let me know! or just tell me you're doing fine :)
Maybe my post would be just some message in a bottle thrown into this frakking huge ocean that is internet, but I hope someone I used to know (and used to know me as well) will find it.

Store update
I reopened my store that was used to be hosted on Tictail. You can now find it on the following address: salayanara.net/store/ (in French only but shipping is worldwide).
You will also get a 10% discount on all the store with the following code: OPENING
For some backstory, Tictail got merged with Shopify back in April and every store that was hosted there has to close. After searching for a decent alternative, I finally decided to setup my own store from scratch and host it on my personal website. And voilà!
Just a few words
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for following me. From Deviantart to the deepest parts of the web, thank your liking my modest stuff and being so supportive over the years.
I've been posting my art all around the web for almost 20 years, and my hectic art path never allowed me to set the bar higher and try to connect myself with more people. At some point in my life, I expected to get fame, get a professional art career, got frustrated when things didn't go as expected, and I almost gave up on drawing because of this. My crippled low self-esteem didn't not really help, neither.
For many years, I always strove to get noticed for my art by my peers. As a self-taught artist who never had the opportunity to take art classes for real, my biggest achievement would have been to be praised by other professional artists, and I tended to dismiss all the critiques or even compliments from non-artists people. Today, I realized that praises from professionals is somewhat a shallow goal to me, and the actual accomplishment is to be found somewhere else.
So, whether your are 10 or 1 million followers, it doesn't matter actually. I'm so grateful for having such diligent people who keep liking my stuff, commenting and give their good impressions on what I draw. Sorry for having neglected your kindness and appreciation in the past. Sorry for not showing how happy I was each time you showed me your love. It was actually heartwarming.
