MEGAMAN FOR BRAWL

resized at 50% size xd Drew it on paper then scanned it in at 300 dpi in Computer Art and painted with mouse in PhotoshopCS (got kind of lazy at the end, can you see the smudge tool?!) Lazy gradient background was for contrast so I could see how the colors were faring, this is also a small part of a bigger piece for Computer Art that ... well, I'm still working on. Uh, even at 300 dpi it ended up being like only 1/10 the canvas size (the bare minimum size too!) so ... I'm kind of stuck on what else I should add. 20th anniversary picture? I guess
