Eeee I have that program... ;u; What brush did you use for that painted effect?
i used the paper tool to splotch down base colours and then used the water tool to spread them out and do most of the rendering ouo i'm a huge fan of traditional watercolours so my painting style is really based off layering - just gradually build up the darks and lights in your picture and and don't fret at the transparency that the water tool causes i'd say? you can use the lack of solid colours to meld colours together really nice and smoothly c:
