not trying to tell you what to do with your own character but you could let her run in the heels if you wanted, like in Totally Spies they ran in heels.
 I could even run i heels but I don't wear heels anymore cuz I'm more tomboyish than I used to be and my left foots is now broken too but I prefer workboots or sneakers anyway. This is very good but just saying if you wanted her too it would actually be normal to able to run in heels
