Rachel's Character Design Part 4

I just felt like drawing Rachel when she's in her ultimate state, which is on the top left.

Also, her red eyes are when she uses spells. And that design of Rachel reminds me of Raven Branwen.

Fun fact: Rachel was originally gonna be named Raven, but I thought it was too cliche. And it was way before Raven was introduced in RWBY.
