Hello, I wanted to give you guys a little rant and my perspective about the disgusting, absolutely horrifying cat and dog meat markets in Asian countries.
It's fucking sickening it's still a thing then again there are so many fucked up things in the world and sometimes it really feels like there's no humanity left. Watching certain type of videos on Youtube and seeing clips on Facebook restore my faith in humanity mostly.
But, not only are these meat farms bad in general, the animals suffer in terrible conditions and the way they are killed makes me feel so uncomfortable I saw on this article.Warning

Vietnam. Fuck the rest of the countries with this horrible act.
Now after reading about both of these in multiple posts, I've come across people saying plain dumb comparisons. The most popular one "But dog/cat meat isn't any different from cows, pigs and sheep!!"
Yes. It is.
A dog or a cat isn't a livestock/cattle
animal. Its meat percentange is very low, they live much longer than livestocks and it's not beneficial compared to the other three.
Some of the comments came from vegans, and I'm not against vegans they can eat whatever they want, but when they come arguing and shoving their way of life to other people's faces trying to make others vegan as well, it's annoying.
Their point of view sometimes comes from how bad conditions the livestock animals have as well, which is true and not any better. Livestock animals live in such small space and dirty conditions. Weak ones die slowly and get thrown away.
I haven't seen how bad it is in certain barns in real life, I've only seen few barns where cattle lived in good conditions, sadly not all places do this.
It just how some people portrayed their comment, making it sound like since in multiple barns the animals have bad conditions and people support it knowing or not knowing about it by eating meat, the cat and dog meat farms aren't any worse, which is really distorted point of view.
My rant is done.
