NOT DRAWN BY ME -- I've seen commissions and gift art before here on FA in recipients' accounts so, am privileged to include this one in mine.

It's art created by Brentos for winning a contest he ran on the Ninechime Oekaki BBS, wherein he captured my tanuki Samurai Chef at wok... err, work.

Pretty awesome. From the low POV angle with the squid's distressed expression contrasting with my ganbatte grit, through the cartoony action of things flailing and flying about. LOVE the sub-orbital lemon at top! I shudder to think where its unseen 8th tentacle is, knowing his previous webcomic "Tyrannosaurus Sex": hope already "on the cutting room floor" in panel 2. And the details: from shoji screens & door, tatami mats, geta serving-boards down to his tabi socks! And hey look, despite the corrected tanuki tail he used to fret over, I'm a unicorn now!
