In my profession, I spend most of my time sitting and that cumulative time is bad for my health. In an effort to incorporate fitness into my life, I'm doing sketches while maintaining a 'wall squat'. #wallsquatart
is what I am calling it and I hope others may find it as motivating as I do. I can only detail the drawing for as long as I can maintain the pose, and wanting to create a great drawing pushes me to draw through the burn. Though unusual, it's a small step that I've found very inspiring.
