My guess... the Flash logo is upside down.
You would be correct. It's actually mirrored, but you got the idea.

Well, maybe the eye openings?
Nope. It's nothing like that. It's quite minor, yet very noticeable when told. I guess maybe that didn't make much sense, but it did in my head!
Hmm at first I wanted to say the bolts on his head. But really I don't see any flaws 
Haha! I didn't know if I should do bolts or wings, I researched and saw a few different designs so I went for one that had the aspect of all three.
So, it's the logo on the button. I made it out of shrinky dinks and I forgot to mirror the image before I drew it. So after it baked and I went to put the pin back on it, I noticed the lightning bolt was backwards! (Minor to some, but I thought for sure some comic geek (no offense meant, I myself am a geek, just not about comics) would point it out right away.)
