Doesn't work on 2004
DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS 10 v2004. IT WILL MAKE YOUR SYSTEM BLACK OUT.
Fortunately UltraUXThemePatcher had made a System Restore point which I was able to use at boot.

UltraUXThemePatcher or UXTheme Patcher. This works in the 2004 version of Windows 10. Do not use the program provided by him because it may not work anymore. Before installing the programs, perform a restore point; if the program asks you to reboot, do it. and then put the theme in.

This theme appears to not be compatible with Windows 10 20H2. It was working until I upgraded, but now it won't work any longer once I try to enable it.
