Just Copy & Paste the logonui File To: C:\Windows:\System32 Folder. If You Not Like That Way Then First Downlod The Stardock Logon Studio Software, Install it & Then Install My Ultimate 7 Logon.

(Don't Forget To Backup Your Original file & Do It In Your Own Risk. I am Not Responsible For AnyKind of Damage).
