How to use the Style First you need a universal theme patch to apply third party Styles.Universal theme patch found here :-->> [Link]
If you using Windows 7 SP1 build 7601 then patch your system with this "universal theme patch" :-->> [Link]
Now Unzip & Copy "Sierra" folder to -->> C:l Windows:l Resources:l Themes folder.Now Go to Desktop Personalize & apply "Sierra", "Sierra Glass" or "Sierra Dark" Theme.

I do not understand how to properly install this theme. You provide several files other than the "theme", "msstyle", and that confuses me. In addition to the [Theme] folder with the "theme" files, there is also another [System files] folder with two color versions. Assuming that I choose [White Version], there are two more folders inside: [32 Bit] and [64 Bit], and another folder called [ExplorerFrame Bitmap Images] with the arrow button images. Assuming I choose the version according to my system, then I will use [64 Bit] inside there are two files "Shell32.dll" and "ExplorerFrame.dll".
In the "txt" there is not much information. only copy the [Sierra] folder to c: \ windows \ resources \ themes. I'm assuming also the "themes" files, since in the Sierra folder there are only "msstyles", and the "theme" files are outside that folder. The questions are: What do i do with the "dlls"?, What is the destination of those dlls? , And the folder [ExplorerFrame Bitmal Images] ?, what do I do with those images of the buttons ?, where do they go ?, what happens if I do not copy the "dll" together with the themes folder? Copy them to System32 ?, or go all in Resources \ themes ?. Thanks for your patience, and I hope to receive response soon before breaking my system because of the impatience to urgently apply a visual style to the OS.

Complete Instruction :
First patch your system with "Universal Theme Patcher" :--> [Link] and restart your pc.
now download my file and unzip it. there is a theme folder you found, go inside that theme folder & copy all items to : c:\windows\resources\themes folder.
Now Go to Desktop Personalize & apply the theme.
