And now, for something completely different!
Inks for
Get A Life 1 - Antonietta e il segreto del Teschio di Cristallo!
('Antonietta and the Secret of the Crystal Skull')
a little comic done for
A.Mys (associazione mystère): Associazione Culturale Nipoti di Martin Mystère ,
the most prominent (and officially registered) Italian fan club of Martin Mystère, Detective of the Impossible (of whom I've also been a big fan ever since I was a kid).
Supervision by 7777777
Story and script by Franco
'Art' by me.
I tried my best to match the in-house page style and size, spacing and margins.
Tools: fountain pen + brush
Final intended (physical) page size: A5
Naturally, Martin Mystère (and everything related) belongs to Sergio Bonelli Editore S.p.A.
In case you speak Italian (which I don't, but I like to think I understand quite a bit), do check the finished page lettered by Franco, along with all the necessary info:

In case you don't speak it, 'visual storytelling' in my comics has (unlike many other things) often been met with praise, so try to figure out what's going on.
A thing of note: I insisted that the script remained in its original form, in Italian.
Looks like I got most of it right!

Just read the English translation of this episode and wow! Didn't realize it would be quite as bat-shit insane as that... or maybe I did, either way it was a damn entertaining read -love it!
