New school and town,
by my past I am bown.
To lead a new start,
is a heavy burden on my heart.
He comes and goes in sleepless dream,
as if in cruel agony the dark shadows leam.
Heavy breath with burning air,
but I strayed out of bed without a care.
I hear his haunting voice whispering in my ears,
closer and closer the night light of the windowpane draws near.
With one everlasting sound I hear,
With a smooth gesture to me the red-eyed boy called "come to me my dear."
With the moonlight glimmer and the shadows of night,
all sound and movement halted in sight.
with no life or name left to me,
I said, "erase all that I see..."
"As you wish my precious..." and then it was black,
all I had but sigh I lack.
To the night heavens was our ascent,
But the last I was to hear in this world was "your mine to own to my world you shall be kept..."
