No, don't get me wrong. This is a great site for sharing art, just not for creating it. To all of the young artists currently using this site.. please don't take it too seriously. Don't be afraid to ask all the wrong questions. Great art is not easy to make, and popularity is only a symbol of how commercialist art has become, not a measure of its authenticity.
But this isn't a diatribe; it's supposed to be about me. Wow, this feels self-indulgent. So let's go through three years of personal development in one journal, mm?

So I'm guessing everyone has entered that stage of lying around, occasionally getting up and doing something that you should be doing without finishing it, and general laziness which is the meaning of summer break. However, no matter how glorious your lack of work ethic might appear, it may help to devise a list of things to accomplish before this breath of air is over and you are smothered with school yet again.
Here is mine:

[o] finish making a boat out of wire and tissue paper

[x] finish set of 16 ACEO's to sell
[x] gather supplies and paint a portra
