Brushes are called d5 Media Splatter but I cannot, for the life of me, find them on dA.
Basically, I wanted a Doctor Who wallpaper so I made one
Specifically, I wanted one with the Doctor and Rose.
Plus, I just got a new stylus (lost the old one somewhere) and it is SO nice to be able to make things again.
I'm sorry if this appears jpg-y on the right side- I've done everything I know to fix it and it's not being fixed and I gave up.
