This month I'll submit some of my art that I've done with a process called etching.Etching is a process that belongs to the traditional art (In german you call it "Radierung"). In this process you create a printing plate (usually metal) by scoring it or etching it with liquid chemicals. With that created printing plate you are able to dublicate this motive for 60 to 200+ times, depending on the material of the plate and the manufacturing. Usually you print cotton-rag paper but some flat materials are usable as well.
