Anyone remember 20,000 leagues under the sea?

After the loss of a number of ships to a sea monster, a US Navy Frigate is sent to stop it. My picture depicts that first encounter between the Frigate and the Nautilus.

This picture is a follow on to my HMS Thunder Child, continuing the retro-sci fi theme.
