VCV filename converter (Romaji to Hiragana)

I made a program that converts filenames from "a_a_i_a_u_e_a.wav" to "ああいあうえあ.wav"

I also made a program that will snap pitchbends to the closest note for those wanting a perfect autotune effect without having to be very precise. It's not a plugin, unfortunately, but I could make it into one.

This plugin doesn't work, when I open the text document to make sure it's not messed up, it is. My locale is in Japanese, I don't understand why it's not working.

sorry to bother you but by chance do you have a program that autos cv voicebanks because im pretty sick and tired of spending three or so hours trying to do it by hand -_-

You need to add a backslash at the end of the directory, I forgot about that

Works for me...
Did you keep the romantokana_phone.ini file in the same folder?
You can always leave the directory blank and put the program and the ini file inside of the folder of the voicebank you want to convert, it might work better.

VCV aliaserI made this VCV aliaser, it'll take VCV strings that are blank (aka end with .wav=,,,,,) and alias them.
Other strings get recopied as they were.
I didn't test it that much.

There still might be bugs.
Vsqx in kana won't work because the version of Delphi we used doesn't support Japanese.
This doesn't support V4 VSQx. I can write another one for V4 but there's already a plugin for that.

OTO TUTORIALPLEASE READ!
So you've read my recording tutorial (hopefully, and thanks for doing so :iconureshiiplz:), recorded your bank and imported it into UTAU. You've found the UST to the first song you want to cover, but what is this? No sound plays, or really strange static or a lot of other potato-ness. Oh my-
After a few struggles and some googling, you find that you haven't oto'd your bank. What?
You find that it is a form of programming of syllables- and that experienced oto-ers can be paid to do your work. Crap- you've only got 10 points... (Been there, done that)
Have no fear! This is what this tutorial is for.
This tutorial will ensure that your UTAU will sing smoothly and wonderfully between notes. Whether the notes themselves is wrong or the tuning not fine enough is related to the UST (guide for that MIGHT come up if I ever learn to tune well)
So prepare yourself for the long and tedious work that is OTO-ing.
