Description
This is where Rika really starts getting deep into her training. Her diet's changing to be exclusively health-oriented; things like lean proteins, whole grains, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, complex carbs, and so on. Hanyuu's time-traveling abilities were seen more as a curse throughout the series, but being able to choose which fragments Rika goes to might be their biggest blessing. The goal is to make Rika as strong as humanly possible, which means planning for all possible contingencies. From what I've heard about Bruce Lee, he never lived to see the height of his abilities, and with the benefits of modern science, it'd theoretically be possible to take things a step further. Fighting effectively requires total synchronicity between mind, body, and spirit. Rika was already developed in everything except the middle.
