Jessica Veroway (Dragon of Grace)

Been working on outlining Dragon of Grace. Almost done so I can start writing. Jessica's one of the supporting cast who helps the fighter characters throughout the story. She's a domestic abuse survivor who was rescued by Maria from one of the monsters of the story called the insidious. After treating her wounds, she joined them as sort of a merchant character. Her story was inspired by the merchant and the duke from Resident Evil 4 and Village respectively. She had a neighbor who served in Vietnam who was disgusted by all the war crimes. He quit the service upon his return and moved next to where Jessica would live not long after. He taught her and her ex-husband Bill how to maintain and modify firearms, so she uses those skills to help the others later on. There's a lot of deep lore throughout the novel, but that's the basic rundown of her story. There are hints of a possible romance with one of the male characters towards the end.
