Hanyuu's Military Strategy (Higurashi Fanfic)

Part of a Higurashi fic I'm writing called Corrosion, based on an AI submission I posted back in September. In the story, Hanyuu sends Rika to a timeline twenty years after the latter's death, placing her in the year 2003. In this timeline, the dam war never happened, and the village was named after its real-life counterpart, Shirakawa. The rest of the world has aged while she and her revived family have not. As the story progresses, it's revealed Hanyuu is formulating a plan to defeat Featherine. In order to accomplish this, she directs Rika through this timeline, guiding her as she trains in a combination of combat, fitness, and survival skills. Part of her training involves extended stints between the Japanese special forces and United States Marine Corps. Over the course of a full lifetime, Hanyuu aids in her recovery from the last century of trauma, introducing therapeutic concepts through experiences like entertainment and romance. By the end, Rika's far more resilient than she was in canon, both mentally and physically, and that's only the first act. I have plenty more where this came from.
