Little Red Riding Hood (NaLu) Ch. 3According to Mira, she and Elfman had what they needed to bring Lisanna back to health so Lucy wasn’t needed anymore at the cabin. When it was morning, she left with her stomach full of Mira’s delicious pancakes and told Master and Erza of the medicine that had successfully reached the Strauss'.
It had been a full month since Lucy had an encounter with any werewolf after that - well, besides the handful of occasional battles that Fairy Tail and Tartaros would often have. She had forgotten about her supposedly "friend" from the enemy who strangely always seemed to run into her in Fairy Tail Forest; it was something Lucy never had thought to question.
One day, Lucy, Erza, and their friends were coming home to Fairy Tail from the forest. They had minor wounds from a recent battle with Tartaros, but the odds were in their favor in both the fight and their objective. Master Makarov would be pleased to know that they were successful.
"I am no longer bloodthirsty!" Gajeel exclaime
Little Red Riding Hood (NaLu) PrologueIt all began on July 7, x777…
It started by the murder of the Master of Fairy Tail. The S-class fighters immediately sprung into combat, despite their mournful hearts. The other villagers soon began to realize what was happening and lent the superior fighters a hand: the first battle of the Wolf War had begun.
No one understood what drove the werewolves against them, neither Fairy Tail nor other villages. Some say that they didn’t like the master. Some say that Fairy Tail had something they wanted. Others say they were simply bloodthirsty. Most people say the werewolf pack planned their treason since the beginning.
They were living in harmony among each other: Fairy Tail and Tartaros. There was no racism. Neither side cared whether or not they were human or werewolf. Tartaros, the werewolf pack, lived on the outskirts of Fairy Tail; in the forest. They often came into the village to visit family friends. Some of them even lived in Fairy Tail and only went into the woods whe
Fear Part 2 (NaLu)
After grabbing a bite to eat, the trio checked into a hotel room for the night. Although he was discreet about it, Natsu carefully selected a hotel as far from the circus tents as was physically possible, necessitating a small trek off the beaten path as they found a small bed and breakfast just off the main drag, nestled within the trees. Not for the first time, Lucy found herself wishing they could have happened upon Quraie during some other time, when they weren’t about to be facing clowns. She might have been able to enjoy the beauty of the place then…
The bed and breakfast was made like an extra large log cabin, and was partially hidden amongst the pine trees that surrounded the town. The trees created homes for all kinds of wildlife as squirrels chattered at them as they passed and birds chirped happily. It was late summer, so the air was still warm, but it was cooler in the trees; a crispness to the air that signified the h
Bed Sleep. Sleep was a wonderful thing. It was necessary, it was welcomed, it was calming. Well, it was supposed to be. Lucy Heartfilia normally slept like a rock, exhausted after her jobs as a celestial mage, often physically worn out after whatever adventures she and her team had gone on. If that wasn’t the case, it was mental exhaustion from working on her book and dealing with the constant bickering and fighting and general ruckus that entailed being around her friends and a member of Fairy Tail. That was fine. She loved her life and she would not change it for the world. What was so frustrating and had changed her sleep from peaceful to restless and from comfortable to cramped was her partner, her best friend, and the man she happened to love but could not say so.
Natsu Dragneel had captured her heart as easily as he defeated Bora the first day they met. Granted it had taken her plenty of time for her feelings o
Fear Part 4 (NaLu)
They didn’t speak about the circus until they were soaking in the hot tub, Lucy in her favorite white bikini with the pink flower on the breast and Natsu in his usual black and orange flaming swim trunks. Happy sat in a small floatation ring they nabbed from the pool. Shina had been relieved yet full of questions upon seeing them, and they were more than a little unhappy with how little they could tell her before retiring for the evening with a tray of offered snacks and beverages.
“Didn’t we learn anything?” Lucy whined, dropping her head back against the side of the hot tub. Her hair was still up, keeping it from getting it wet. From where she was sitting, the water came up to just below her collarbones; but the hot tub itself was unusually deep in the center.
Although he wouldn’t admit it, Natsu felt discouraged as well. “We know Linkin is a key player. He has to be.”
Bed Part 3: ShoppingAwe, man! This is going to hurt my wallet! Lucy whined internally as they passed bed after bed, the price going up with the size of the mattress. Honestly, part of her felt she shouldn’t be the only one having to pay for the bed, especially since she wasn’t the only one who used it, but so far Natsu had said nothing and she wasn’t sure what to say, so she kept her mouth shut.
“Can I help you two find anything?” a salesman with orange hair and brown eyes asked as he approached them with a gentle smile.
Crap! He’s going to think we’re a couple! Inside, Lucy was freaking out, screaming and wanting to pull her hair out at their predicament. Outside, she calmly smiled and nodded. “Yes, please. We’re looking for a bigger bed.”
The salesman nodded, not losing his smile despite her extremely vague response. Lucy noticed the subtl
Little Red Riding Hood (NaLu) Ch. 2“Don’t forget your weapon,” Erza reminded as she sharpened her sword and watched the blonde gather medical supplies in her basket.
“Yes, Erza, I know,” Lucy replied, rushing.
“Be careful, okay?”
Lisanna was suddenly sick with the flu and the Strauss’ were out of medicine. With a dove, Erza and Lucy received a letter from Mira and in the middle of the night, Lucy was on her way.
Master Makarov was extremely strict when it came to entering the forest at night. He didn’t want anyone to go in there at all unless it was absolutely necessary, especially alone. Tartaros was active during the night and were all over Fairy Tail Forest.
Erza wasn’t able to go with Lucy to the Strauss’; being an S-class fighter had many responsibilities and was too busy to be able to go. She didn’t like the idea of Lucy going in there alone, but she taught the blonde everything she knows. The redhead knew that she would
