I like, Lovecraft was an incredible story teller and these pictures capture the essence of his writing. Well done.

There is also the Plain speaking order of Dagon but we do not speak of it.

Well done.

Excellent portrait of Innsmouth, nice and creepy, only needs a few Deep ones (fish creatures).
Really captures the atmosphere in Lovecraft's books.

Have you seen Stuart Gordon's Dagon? Fantastic movie, true Lovecraft. Trailer: [link]

this work was made for a Roleplaying cover book. The story takes place in Innsmouth but years after the Lovecraftian original novel.

There's only two words I'd use to describe Innsmouth: messed up.

Me encanta la ambientacion en esta imagen, realmente logra representar el sentimiento de perdicion de los libros de Lovecraft.

This is one of the best Lovecraftian work I've seen. You really captured the insane and rotten atmosphere of Innsmouth. Brilliant!

As Richard III in Shakespeare's uhh...Richard III said, "if I can't prove myself a lover, I'll prove myself a villain."

or words to that effect.

An anecdote please.

It happened in the morning. I was suddenly awaken by a flapping of mighty wings, inside my room. A dark brown bird somehow got inside my room. Above the triangular window near the ceiling.

It was a scary thing. I thought it was the angel of death coming for me.

That sort of thing only happens on houses such as the one in your illustration. Not in my brightly lit room. And in the morning.

One thing for sure. When I grow ancient. Bitterness will be a constant companion.

I am not familiar with this... is it something like scratchboard? where you scratch through a layer or coating to achieve your image? is very beautiful.
