hi, first of all login in yur devintart account, then click on "Suggest a fav" link on the top header of your profile showing with Star, then a popup will open, in this select your design and art you want to add in any group, then click on submit and in last again click o done button. after that a request will send to particular group, which you suggest your art, and your art will be submitted.
