I actually wanted to draw a phoenix for a while and then i found this contest [link] of 
. So i´m submitting it for that contest too.
Phoenix are beautiful creatures with magical healing powers. They can become hundreds maybe thousands years old. When they die they burst into flames and are reborn out of there own ashes.
Took me about 10 hours to draw.
