It doesn't matter if they are enemies or not. It's more like opposites attract but also how Russia and America both knew how lonely it was growing up, as well as people pushing them away for some reason be that they are too rowdy or "scary". But for most people they just simply enjoy it without having reason. They just want to see two characters be happy~
