The first three panels have a definite influence from '3-gatsu no Lion', a manga by Umino Chica about a shogi player, and it's an amazing and beautiful and heartbreaking manga that I recommend for people who can take intense feels. >3< The first three panels are influenced by the scene in chapter 21 when Kiriyama runs and screams out at nothing by himself; I hope I've captured at least a bit of that intensity there. >_<)/
