This may seem like a rare moment of affection from Seia, but it's not, lol. He's actually always touching Kylie, which is why she's super indifferent, ahahaha. And it's also why Kylie, in turn, can get fairly touchy-feely but expresses very little reservation about it. XD; That said, though, Seia only expresses this kind of physical affection to Kylie. You can be sure if or whenever they find Kylie's brother, he will treat him similarly: expressionless hugs and petting on the head for no apparent reason. XD;
